Is Vouch built for agencies or in-house recruiters?

Both. If you're running multiple briefs at once, managing a candidate history, and spending too much time on admin, Vouch is for you. Agencies find the candidate resurfacing and pipeline features particularly useful. In-house teams often start with screening and job scoping.

How does candidate resurfacing actually work?

Every candidate you add to Vouch — whether they applied, were sourced, or were referred — stays in your history with the context you attached at the time. When a new brief comes in, Vouch surfaces candidates whose profile matches. Nothing gets filed away and forgotten.

I already have an ATS. Why would I switch?

Most ATS tools were built to file candidates, not to use them. If your current system stores applications well but doesn't help you find past candidates, draft better job ads, or notice when a stage is stalling, that's the gap Vouch fills. Migration is straightforward, and we'll help you bring your existing candidate data across.

Can I manage multiple client briefs at once?

Yes. You can manage all job listings across all your clients in your workspace, while still ensuring each role has its own pipeline, candidate history, and notes. You can run ten briefs in parallel without things bleeding into each other.

What does the AI actually do?

Vouch uses AI across the full hiring workflow: scoping briefs, drafting job ads, reading applications, surfacing past candidates, capturing notes, and flagging stalled pipeline. It doesn't make decisions on your behalf, but surfaces the right information at the right time so you can make better calls, faster. Human-in-the-loop throughout.

Do you comply with GDPR and the EU AI Act?

Yes. 100% GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted, and locked down. We pride ourselves on highly explainable AI recommendations, and our AI will never make decisions on your behalf, always human-in-the-loop.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans are billed at a lower price per credit. The free plan doesn't expire.
